Hello! Welcome to my blog. My name is Kristine Iandiorio and I am a Life & Leadership Certified Professional Coach. Thank you for being here, I wanted to share a little about my mission with you.
Why blog? I googled it and it said “Blogging basically refers to a platform for someone to create content with passion and build a community around it.”
Yes, my thoughts exactly!
After a year of coaching and building my business, I recently hired a coach to help me define my brand identity. It was a really fun exploration of myself, my message, and the clients I have been working with.
With the clarity I gained from this work, I decided to blog to share more so people can see, you are not alone in how you feel! And, I want to share how I help my clients navigate, how they find success and happiness, and ultimately thrive so you can learn from this too!
Coincidentally, in the midst of doing this work, I was away from the weekend with my college friends, and one of them said (like she really needed to get it off her chest) ….
“I want to be more carefree, but I do not know how”.
I felt like the synchronicity of the work I do AND what I see the people around me experiencing in their lives.
I knew in my heart I was on the right path in my messaging, who I am helping, and what so many of us want in life but maybe do not know how or where to start.
Remember what it was like to feel carefree? I do. I drift back in my 20’s, before I got the job and title that I worked so hard for but also came with a whole other level of responsibilities and expectations, before I was married, before kids, before moving to the suburbs, before I was swept up in groundhogs day and just going through the motions day in and day out ….
A little over 5 years ago, I craved a change in my life.
I felt like there had to be more to life than that dreaded corporate job where “work life balance” did not exist. I was tired, and I made the brave decision to make a change and began to slowly figure it out.
Through a lot of trial and error, I ended up investing in myself in obtaining a coaching certification through a 7 month program.
It just felt right.
I listened to the voice inside of me that said go for it, vs. the voices around me who did not understand my actions. I began to realize, they did not have to understand and I did not need their validation or approval to do what felt right to me. I began to feel free to do what I want and what made sense for myself and my family.
In my 1:1 coaching practice, I work with women (especially moms!) who feel like they are on the verge of a midlife crisis (definitely lacking a carefree approach to life!).
They find themselves at a crossroads, they realize they are done with “all work, no play” and are struggling with having lost their identity after years of hustling at work and want to slow down so they can finally enjoy life outside of work.
To let go of that heaviness, feeling like the weight of the world on their shoulders and to escape other people's demands.
Sound familiar? Is this you?
You feel like work has consumed you. Your mind is always racing and you are drained from constant obligations from others (your kids, family, coworkers, boss, your team, the PTA, etc).
You want to feel at ease, you want space to be able to think clearly, know what is important to you and why, and feel like you are moving in the right direction in life.
When you begin to see what is not working, you can begin to create a life that you are proud of and feels good!
I work with my clients so that they can begin to redefine success, on your terms. To have the confidence to make change and move into new spaces, all while experimenting and having fun instead of feeling dread and trapped by your decisions.
We work to shift your thinking from “How did I get here?” or “Is this as good as it gets?” or “there has to be a better way?” to feel present, at ease, confident to make those changes (externally and internally), and to love and accept yourself and your life so you can finally feel free.
What would feeling FREE mean to you?
Not caring, worrying, or allowing what other people think to influence your decisions
True self love and acceptance
Being present and not worrying so much and being consumed by the future
Having a sense of humor and not taking yourself so seriously
Being true to yourself and prioritizing and honoring your goals and values
Knowing what is important to you so you can see the bigger picture and have perspective
Being more playful, feeling joy and having fun
I am excited to continue to share what this all means to me and my clients and how you can overcome the “all work no play” lifestyle so you can reclaim your identity, have the confidence to move into new spaces in your life, and feel free to do what you want. There is so much more here, we are just scratching the surface. Want to hear more? Sign up for my blog so you do not miss any more insights! Looking forward to sharing more with you!
